Various Changes

  • Changed server time zone, this may have side effects, but more likely may resolve the internal time system.
  • All build-based procs were changed to only work on primary attacks. This means your proc chances should be reduced, we will be assessing and adjusting proc rates after data.
  • Monk’s divine surge was temporarily nerfed to 2 * rank mana until I rewrite a new mana regen system for rogue/monk/shd. (Monks became pivotal to end game and is scewing how I am trying to tune epic/tier fights, this skill will be improved after I collect data)
  • Augmented Retribution now should proc based on description.
  • Energy Burn and Lifeflow now works properly.
  • Poison and Corruption should now properly add bonus damage
  • Mobs that were undertuned in Toxx and other zones have been adjusted to be more in line with rest.
  • Shadowknight Lifetap mana cost reduced at 45+
  • Fixed Typo with Shield of Nife
  • Spirit of Wood no longer cures rez sickness.
  • Tier mobs now drop elu, shards, and gems.
  • Siphon of Death now does proper mana regeneration.
  • Fixed out of ammo message for arrows and throwing to be less weirdly errored
  • Shadowknight Sworn Enemy changed from static 100 hate per spell to mana * 2.5 hate.
  • Shadowknight Darkness changed from a snare boost to a hate boost for darkness/terror lines.
  • Cleaned up Necro descriptions for pet (does not get lifetap at 44) and pact of hate (does dd if no focus set)

Necromancer Introduced

  • Introduced 2 Necromancer trees
  • Lesson of the Devoted and other AA’s that used to not be hotkey-able should now work!
  • Removed various necromancer skills including pet line, as it is now part of the dynamic pet system like many other classes.
  • Lifetaps now increase in mana cost for Shadowknights as they level to line up with the lifetap dynamic increase.
  • Chant Cycle, Poison, Focused Swarm, Intensity, Nightmare, and Festering Wound all now scale their damage based on group members.
  • Shaman and Mage pets weren’t reduced by half, their min dmg was still too high, reduced this properly.
  • Shaman pet is now equal level of shm.
  • Shaman pet should now cost proper mana.
  • Pet guard line was removed from game.
  • Lifetaps no longer cause the “beams a smile” emote to trigger.
  • Leech Touch now scales based on group size.
  • Turn Summoned mage skill should now echo

ToV Armor improvements

  • Fixed appraisal display text
  • Fixed a typo with ancestral aid
  • Divine Arbitration cooldown has been repaired.
  • ToV and Kael armor no longer requires high faction to turn in armor pieces, you only need to be non-kos (or charm the turn in npc). However, gems now require lvl 60 and proper faction.
  • More fixes with Delar, for heirloom system
  • Mental Resistance and Focus should now work properly.
  • Divine Avatar’s dodge and Blade Dancer dodge was repaired to work better.
  • Flowing Thought had additional improvements with logic of buffing allies.
  • Echo of Sebilis no longer spawns in Sebilis
  • Gorg is fixed to not be tier flagged anymore
  • Broken Gargoyles no longer spawn in hole
  • Entrance of sola is safer.
  • Hungering Aura was cut in half and now requires group to get effect.
  • Levitation now affects all levels
  • Word of Redemption no longer exists

Unholy Focus

  • Bard’s wish now only affects beneficial songs.
  • Fixed a bug with #toggle buildecho
  • Many epic mobs are no longer tier flagged.
  • Pets are too powerful still, reduced min and max damage by half.
  • Unholy focus revamped into a #focus command system.
  • Jonthon’s Whistle no longer boosts haste effects, only proc.
  • Warsong of Zek reduced from 10% to 2% per rank.
  • Ancestral Aid no longer cures rez sickness.
  • Elemental Harmony now works for the first time. It does not show on your inventory screen, but #mystats can confirm it.
  • Shield of Songs no longer affects magic absorb portion, only normal runes.
  • Katta’s Concord now works. Lowered proc chance from 300 to 100.
  • Shout now works for the first time.
  • Harmonic Affinity reduced from 10% to 5% per rank.
  • Thieve’s Affinity reduced from 5% to 2.5% per rank.
  • Changed Tranquility now also affects the enchanter, however they must be in a group.
  • Suffocating DoTs no longer default to 1 tick and increase with each drown rank. Drown will lower cost of suffocating DoTs by 3% per rank.
  • Focus was revamped from a mana reduction to a stun hate reduction.
  • Changed Dire Charm to Extended Charm
  • Mesmerize no longer defaults to 1 tick, Enthrall now reduces mana cost and increases duration by 1 tick when max.
  • Revamped where spell logic is for Flowing Thought, Intensity of the Resolute, and Brell’s Blessing, Spirit of the Wood and Ancestral Aid.
  • Spirit of the Wood no longer autocasts resists.
  • Changed Entropy to Mind Devourer
  • Cards now show rarity in card list.
  • Life Flow and Energy Burn now only take mana if it’s truly available from the mob.
  • Energy burn increased damage from 0.4 to 0.7 factor
  • Flowing thought now also gives insight to wis/int casters
  • Monk’s Destiny and Block were fixed, they weren’t calculating right before.

Mana Tap Cleanup

  • Monk’s Divine Surge was giving too much mana, fixed to match description. It also now generates hate based on amount of mana given.
  • Rogue’s Jarring Stab was reducing hate too much. Tweaked from a base (20 * rank) to BS (damage * 0.2 * rank)
  • Rogue’s untapped potential now generates hate when mana is given.
  • Shadowknight’s Zevfeer’s Feast also generates hate when mana is given.
  • Out of combat was increased significantly.

Enchanter Cleanup

  • Focus now works with all enchanter spells, max 35% reduction
  • Shadow Knights no longer have Vampiric Curse.
  • Leech Touch only works with recourse effects, epic DoT, and leech touch spells for bonus healing.
  • Hungering Aura only works with recourse effect, epic DoT, and leech touch spells for bonus healing.
  • Festering Wound only works with DoT spells Shadowknights naturally get, and not lifetap DoTs.
  • Enchanters now can cast rune on themselves for normal mana cost, the increased cost is only when casting on allies.
  • #Return and #rez are now cheaper while less than level 40.
  • Thurgadin should work with armor turn ins.

Tov Armor Fix

  • Fixed tash to not affect the enchanter
  • Druid’s Intensity no longer displays negative damage.
  • After enchanter was added, a new mana bug came in. We repaired this
  • Fixed a lingering bug with Rodcet’s Gift that caused players affected to lose their target.
  • Cleaned up Delar’s quest dialog to be less confusing and more informative.
  • If you were removed a spell or skill, typing #builds now will fix any missing spells.
  • Added some new kodiaks near Velks of higher level to farm while doing fragment farming later levels.
  • Entrap, Leech Touch, Spirit of the Wood, Nature’s Boon, Ancestral Aid, ConvergenceSpirits, Hand of Piety, Fading Memories, Spirit Call, Steadfast Servant, Ring Affinity, Teleport Bind, Runes, Siren’s Song, Brell’s Blessing, Flowing Thought, Intensity of the Resolute, Promise, Focus, Frenzied Burnout all should now properly affect mana (reduction or have a mana cost, based on ability/spell).
  • Shaman’s Spirit call is castable at level 1 now.
  • Mana gains from monk/rogue taps were reduced by 25%.
  • Fixed ToV turn ins to give armor and gem rewards properly
  • Animations now dynamically raise in level based on level of enchanter.
  • Shaman’s ancestral aid now includes haste since it was accidentally removed from spellbooks when I stripped enchanter spells.
  • enchanter’s wandering mind, scryer’s bypass, and torment of argli are re-added for backfire.

Enchanter Added

  • Removed many enchanter spells in preparation for builds.
  • Rune spells had their mana cost increased significantly.
  • Renamed Druid’s Treeform to One With Nature.
  • Moved all procs to a new area that may cause them to proc less often, but more accurately. (procs only work on succesful hits)
  • Healer’s innate mana tap now echos in build echo and does a minimum of 1 mana when damage is dealt.
  • Delar in Plane of Justice is now also a merchant
  • Remove Intensity of the Resolute AA, as it is now a courage buff.
  • Companion’s Durability changed to Companion’s Intensity. I feel the Max HP modifier gives false impressions of pet focus, so turned it into damage.
  • Elemental Alacrity changed from flurry ability to improved spell damage.
  • Frenzied Burnout AA removed, turned to a mana reduction to DD spells.
  • Changed primal fusion from a pet buff to a pet nuke echo.
  • Amulet of Necropotence works at level 1 now.
  • Changed name of corrupted gorilla for heirloom quest to key holding gorilla.
  • Druid Intensity, Focused Swarm cleaned up logic.
  • Cleric Turn Undead, Turn Summoned cleaned up logic.
  • Shadowknight Blood Oath, Rotten Core was moved in code logic to assist calculations.
  • Shadowknight Gouging Skin increased from 20 to 30 hate per rank
  • Paladin’s Knight’s Advantage was moved in code logic to assist calculations.
  • Rogue’s Killing Spree was moved in code logic to assist calculations.
  • Rogue’s Sinister Strike wasn’t working. It should now.
  • Rogue’s Jarring Stab should no long proc every attempt.
  • Cleric’s Divine Stun should not proc every missed bash anymore.
  • Shadowknight’s Bash of Death should not proc every missed bash anymore.
  • Shamans no longer have Ancient Feral Avatar or the Spirit lines.
  • All pets had their health reduced in half.
  • All dragons (naggy, vox included) are now much more difficult due to tier adjustments.
  • Shadowknight’s Unholy Focus was changed from 10% to 2%, and now echos. (it didn’t work before)
  • Shaman’s Extended Turgur will now build echo and only apply to Turgur, before it applied to all spells.

Buffs Fixes for CLR/PAL

  • Fixed damage shield not applying on higher levels when you use #buff
  • Higher tier bosses are now adjusted to be more difficult.
  • Removed 25% damage penalty to SHD/PAL melee attacks.
  • Intensity of the Resolute is now tied to Courage. You’ll get this spell on next level up.
  • Divine Resurrection starts with a 24 hr cooldown, and each rank reduces 4 hour cooldown. #2417
  • Removed lingering paladin and cleric spells that are only in builds, not spells.
  • Paladin’s Zealot’s Fervor no longer echo’s when it hits 0 enemies.
  • Paladin’s Rodcet’s Gift only works on single target heals as description notes.
  • Plane of Justice no longer is eligible for encounters.
  • Fixed a bug with the discordeq that was not causing daily claims to report.
  • Changed Emerald Jungle Heirloom target to Tainted Gorilla.

  • Fixed Holy Servant from crashing zones.
  • Bash of Death still feels a bit high, reduced from rank * 2 * level to rank * level.
